I have to agree with @p sharma. Reported aftermarket sales of .top names are almost nil in the past two years, so if you must buy in that extension then you should focus on only very strong single keywords.

The terms you picked are very popular, at least... so if you list the names at a very reasonable price in the low XXX range, then maybe you'll get lucky. However, if they don't sell then I would not renew them,

Thanks for your input Joe , looking at all the variables and doing some research myself I think I would be lucky to make a sale on them ,at least on the bright side I have allready made my reg fees back in parking revenue ,thanks for taking the time to give me some decent feedback

Yeah, I am curious too. I guess, there should not be any type in traffic for these names. So all the traffic he is getting is somehow result of his own efforts.

I am not surprised that he recovered reg-fee because reg-fee was $1. :P

Registered at Namecheap and traffic is minimal and not of my doing ......I have another .top extension picking up 5+ uniques a day .....all were hand reg domains but the CPC and RPM on the more popular site is next to nil and the Insurance related sites had cpc equivalent to reg fee though I have noticed it drop ......I don’t know why they get traffic but for example I have a couple of .club sites and that ngtld ends up as part of the search term so maybe I’m getting traffic from just the keywords in my .top domains as I have no backlinks to these sites and no SEO so I think it’s the hig search volume both broad and exact match that net me a few clicks here and there.
