domain two .coms for your appraisal

Hello,

I have two domains I'd like to get some appraisals on. Neither is developed so
I'm just trying to get an idea what they might go for as simple domain names in today's market.

Wonderful names! As WandaCox suggested, those can be negotiated. But alone, I would say $45 to $75 each.

Thanks to all of you for your input on the two .com domains.

I have received inquiries on both in the past, including from the
7web.it site mentioned.

You might be interested to know that I have been offered
as much as $2000 US for the greenglobe.com but I did not
want to sell it as I had a project in mind for the domain.

Although I now would be willing to sell it for the right price,
I certainly wouldn't let it go for less than the $2000 I have
already been offered and I think it might go for more than
that with a little marketing effort.

Frankly I was very surprised at the low appraisals given here.

Perhaps I will move forward with my original plans as I get the
impression that the true value of these names is not readily
apparent to all. Thanks again for your input.

Yes way...guy offered $2100 but wanted to space it out over 3 years. I wanted to keep the domain for a specific project so I asked for a huge amount and he, of course, said no. But since you think it out of the realm of possibility, and since most of the appraisals here so far have been far, far less, I will be sure to post here the final sales price should I ever sell it. But I can gurantee that I will never sell it for the low prices I've seen suggested here. No way.

"greenglobe.com" ... a la "Green Peace" is an excellent domain name, IMHO. As Wanda and others have suggested, there is a likely End user out there, IMHO for $500 - $750+. Less in wholesale (and these are the appraisals you're seeing here, and appropriately so) ... $50 - $75+, as I see it.
Same concept for "7web.com" ... and, again at wholesale, $20 - $33.75+, IMHO ... short domain name, but no apparent meaning for the "7". Please keep us posted with your negotiations.

I must also agree that greenglobe.com is a very good domain name for end users. I would say at least $200+ end user and $20 wholesale.

Just to update you folks---back in December 2003 I sold the greenglobe.com domain for $555. While it was less than I'd hoped for due to the buyer previously offering $2100, I was happy to get the $555 for it. I think only two of the thread posters out of several actually thought it would go for $200-700 and they were correct. Nevertheless, I did appreciate all the feedback, especially the two who saw the true value in the name and encouraged me to go for the higher price. Thanks!

(I did not sell 7web.com amd removed it from the domain for sell market.)
