domain Appraisals - allkindsofhats, of-age (.com's)

Hi,

Newbie here and this is my first post. I would like some feedback on the following domains:

allkindsofhats.com
of-age.com

The logic behind AllKindsofHats was for an affiliate site that I haven't done anything with. For of-age I was looking at expired domains and saw it. The only reason I snatched it up was because of some of the seemingly oddball domain names that were going for high prices at Sedo. I thought maybe it would be good for an adult website. There seems to be a lot of red tape at Sedo for getting something classified as adult. I haven't had much luck there.

I'm starting to wonder if my time as a domainer (if that's what you want to call me) will be short-lived.

allkindsofhats.com = $5.00

This is the type of domain that would need development to have value. I do see some potential, but it's not going to increase in price without value added. The hyphenated name seems less viable to me. If it were me, I would release both of these back into the void unless I had specific AND timely development plans.

of-age.com is short, the hyphen is a downer but it's still a .com. it may be worth low xx to somebody looking to dabble int he world of adult site development.
