I'd expect at least a few hundred dollars from an end user, over $1000 if you're lucky.
3600 exact searches (forget about broad searches, they are meaningless), and a nice CPC (about $6 is what I'm seeing). BigFileTransfer.com sold on Sedo in 2011 for $1500.
Many extensions are taken, and it's an established business.
I don't see any problem with the length at all in this price range. It's a concise term, and there are no superfluous words. A little age is a slight plus factor as well.
If you don't get a buyer, you might try setting up a website as an affiliate for a file sharing service. You'll make a little money, and it's easier to sell a name that's ranking.
