www.RakeReport.net has been in existence since Oct of 2006 I believe, I acquired the site in March 2007.
When I took over the monthly ad sales were $775. Since that time they have significantly increased:
Sep: $2300
Oct: $3500
Nov: $5100 (but actually $4500 if you consider a few 3-month purchases that need to be spread out)
I've increased traffic and forum visitors and built a nice community of members in the forums as well. Was wondering what people think my entire site would be valued at?
