Why $100-$200?

It's a short-ish brandable name with a popular keyword, but I think you've missed the mark with the ending. I'm not sure what "zella" represents. Techzilla (i.e. Godzilla) would be a lot more attractive.

I see you've set up a website, so maybe you'll be able to generate some traffic or at least make it look like an attractive brand. But it definitely needs a reason for someone to buy it, beyond the name itself.

It looks like reg fee value right now, or maybe low to mid $XX if someone likes the sound of it and doesn't care about meaning.

With work it could be worth something to someone. But, then again, any domain with effort put in and traffic would be.
