domain Appraisal Please - lifecycle.biz and .info

Hi, I am interested in what these domains are worth. I have owned them since about 2003/2004 (can't remember exactly) and the registration has been consistent. I registered them initially on the .biz/.info TLD launch for a client who then a year or two later decided he didn't want them, so I took them over.
They have never had an actual website running under them, just email.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Lifecycle as in the human life cycle?
Maybe the .info can get you mid $xx. The biz has been as waste of money for you.
Seems like you settled for poorer extensions a few years back.

Yes, it could be used for software life cycles, biological, fitness, the human condition etc.
I didn't expect to make money on them (good thing ) and they were bought on .biz and .info launch.
