domain [appraisal please]district name

I know a lot of city/geo domain names have good future and sell value. but what about the district domain names value?

I saw: http://wikitravel.org/en/Cairo/Midan_Tahrir and then registered midantahrir.com

not sure if I should keep it or throw it to garbage bin.
any appraisals are appreciated

yea doesnt seems famous.....I think it is commonly called tahrir square, instead of midan tahrir.
