Now I know that it is too long for a domain, but look beyond that...it's very generic and targeted, if I was a heart surgeon in Pennsylvania I would love to have this domain.

Too long, too geographically targeted, and probably too unprofessional for a heart surgeon. Most seem to go by the name of their practice, personal name, or hospital. I also wonder about anyone picking a heart surgeon from a PPC website rather than a referral from their doctor or mandate from their insurance company. Sorry, I don't see much value. However, I hope you can prove me wrong.

it's not about the reseller value, i know there isn't any, and of course nobody will be looking picking a doctor from a ppc page.

However, I do think there is value for a doctor to have this domain and I'll try to find an end user as this name has only end user value.

There is a doctor that already uses such name, take texasheartsurgeon.com for example
