domain Appraisal on SW1s.com please

Hi everybody, I would appreciate your thoughts on the domain SW1s.com.
I am thinking of a pretty exclusive website based around the wealthier residents of London (hence the SW1)

Add in a networking angle and some exclusive member benefits and exclusive perks.

What do you guys think?
