domain Appraisal needed

Thank you for reading this post and any appraisals for the names would be great and appreciated.

Let me tell you , I had OnlyWebHosts.com a while ago and I sold it. It was a webhosting directory but now I have
OnlyWebHost.com
I believe it's a brandable name for an hosting company or anything related to Web Hosting right ? When I was selling OnlyWebHosts.com everyone was asking whether I owned OnlyWebHost.com also or not.

BTW I've just registered OnlyContent.com for website content service to provide content to webmasters for a small charge or free. I asked a friend of mine and he said it had potential also.
What do you think about these 2 domains ?

I like them, I don't really know how to give prices to domains yet (too much of a noob) but I would say they are worth a few hundred USDs each.

btw I believe these inputs were wholesale prices right ?
What do you think about the value for an End User instead of wholesale price?
Another question is : If I develop them what should I do ? I mean,for example OnlyContent , I was planning to make it a resources index such as www.onlywebmasters.com instead of offering tools on the site because I believe that whenever you make a search you can see many websites offering Tools for free content such as News Feeds , Horoscopes and other site tools . What I was planning is to create an index of sites that offer website content. Any thoughts?

And for OnlyWebHost.com ? You know there are already thousands of hosting companies out there and I really am not into starting another hosting firm.My aim is to create a webhosting industry related site. Any thoughts for this also ?
