domain Appraisal Needed [HipHopForum] REP++

I aquired this name through a NamePros user here, the obvious use is a forum for hiphop fans. I've had it parked on sedo since it was pushed to me. I am not sure whether I should develop it then sell it or just sell it as is, hopefully your appraisals will help me come to a decision.

Very nice domain name the only downside would be the .org IMHO but it's still a keeper. I'd appraise it at roughly 75 but as it's been mentioned already if you develop it the value would go up significantly.

.org sounds fine with me. One my partner operates an online game forum with a .org and it works well. It certainly will appeal to someone who loves hip hop. However the other TLDs like .com .net and .biz ( i only check this 3) are parked. So I assume that till now there's no buyers. So i strongly recommend u to develop it since the other TLDs are undeveloped. Unless you develop the site, if not i think it's hard to get the domain off hand.

I don't think this is the kind of name that must be sold, this is propably much more worth once developed. I don't really think that <*>forum names could ever go more then mid/high $xx, but you have a nice keyword there, even if the .org hurts a bit, considering that only .com and .biz are already taken (and they are parked). I'd say mid-low $xx for the name only. But if developed and advertised in the right way you may raise up a good forum. This, obviously, if you like that kind of music I guess i could never do that.

72.5/day on Overture, and the extension .org is fit for a forum as well. I'd say high $xx undeveloped, and more with an end-user.
