I recently purchased this domain after googling for PR companies going by the Smack (There are a couple of them).

Can you please appraise a logical price for the domain. Thanks!

SmackPR looks incomplete name.
However, there is a business using the .ie extension and there could be more agencies.
Reach out to them. Instead of quoting a price, ask them to make an offer.
If they are interested and quote a price, negotiate and accept their best offer.
That could be the best selling price for this name.

Outbound and negotiate if the buyer is interested.

I don't have knowledge of a lot of reported sales for PR domains.

The domain has been registered in the past, but it has remained unregistered for the last 10 years.

Thus I doubt there is any demand for it. Sometimes it's all about timing, but no demand in 10 years is not a good sign. There are plenty of better names still waiting for a buyer.

Contact the PR companies you said are called Smack, ask $650 and accept offers of $325 and above. It's reg fee if you don't outbound it.
