Vestiments gets 175 global exacts, and has $0.00 CPC.
That tells me that every month 175 search the word to see what it means.
Archaic spelling of a little used word. Regfee?

TradeWizard get about 360 global extact, but again $0.00 CPC.
There is a trademark for financial trading.
Would be highly brandable, but the .net extension almost extinguishes the value for that. $xx?

YearAlbum is a not a bad name. It's not too long, easy to spell, unawkward.
It gets over 1k global exact, with the low CPC of $0.11 to 0.18.
Could be developed into photo sharing, slide show creation, custom book printing.
Without any development - $xx, maybe $xxx.

Thank you very much for the info. Now please correct me if I mistake, How can you value something that is not connected to the grid (web) and do not have ads thus not producing any income? The keyword search local and globally I do get but How does the CPC comes in play to prognosticate an actual value?

CPC is advertising cost, not money given to you.
CPC = how much was paid, by all advertisers, on average, to post ads on Google for those words.
If all advertisers are paying an average of $0.0 per click to advertise on Google for "Vestiments" then you have dire prospects for getting any $ per click in the future.
Even if your site is amazing, no one is making money from that word, so no one is paying to advertise with it.
