domain Appraisal for Stit.org and beib.org

Stit.org and beib.org They are both 4 letters but .org. Any thoughts on what someone would buy them for?

Stit is the better of the two taken in 47 extensions. LLLL .org domains are hit or miss. I've done well with them over the years, but there isn't a liquid market for them. They are more of a buy and hold play.

I would price stit at 1488 and beib at 888 and see what happens. Wholesale, you can pick up similar quality between reg fee and $25
