Probably not a lawsuit, but they will take it off you. They do them in batches, so it could be a few months away. I know this from personal experience.

Like the others have said, it's a Trademark. Best not to mess around with those. Reg fee and drop it if you can to avoid nasty letters from lawyers, or worse.
