Yes, you can sell it for $3000-5000, just be patient, it's still one word, and noun. But I also agree with @jhm you normally gotta be extremely careful with different spelling of words (hello ''grey/gray!'' - have one with these myself), as you may exclude a huge chunk of the market right away.

It depends on what you mean by ''difficult''. It's not about difficult-easy, it's about sooner-later, which, in turn, depends on the name's popularity and the correct pricing. With this name popularity you can't do nothing, and pricing we all are trying to estimate for you.
Then make sure this name has a landing page, and I would add it to at least Afternic as well.
Then just wait, not much you can do.
