.tv Appear.TV - Development discussion

I registered Appear.TV on May 1st (Non-premium reg fee) because I thought it would be a great name for creating an innovative social networking site on .TV.

I've been working on making an innovative social networking site using open source CMS programs (not available yet). I can probably finish making the program and release a beta site later (depends). I don't know if it's worth the risk (time and investment). Enough babbling

I have few questions for now.

How much do you think Appear.TV is worth currently and will be worth in the future for the name itself?

Do you think that if I make such a program, there will be investors who will be interested in partnership or buying out a functional website before fully releasing it to the public?

I'm investing in domain and making websites as a hobby.
I probably can't do this full time.

Mind you, I still haven't decided whether I would proceed with the development or not. I might start with other .TV names suitable for a specific niche.
I strongly believe in .TV and its future. I would greatly appreciate any input from anybody(.TV investors and others). Thank you

I hate to ask, can you give a better idea of what the site will/would be about? The name isn't sparking anything specific.

I registered this name because I thought that it would be great for a social networking type site (as Appear and .TV seems to go well). I haven't decided on some of the main features yet, but I will probably use a script where a user's webcam vid streaming online (if he/she turns the webcam on) in the main profile page (with a lot of other features). I know that this will be a huge burden on the server and bandwidth. Maybe I'll make it so that user's webcam stream gets updated every N time. When the webcam is off, it'll revert back to main profile pic. I'll open a chat where there will be constant webcam stream where users can interact with each other.
This is discounting many other features I have on mind.
I know it's not all new (that's where I need to work on), but I'll try to combine some features to make it a bit innovative.
The name is as general as it can get heh.
Like I said before, I'm not certain as to continuing on with the scripting.
I'll have to think about it.
Whole project may cost a lot (of money and time for sure).
