Guess, Apart from classified ads. It can be a good website.

It is a fairly high searched term on search engines bringing millions of search results. Also, a lot of people search for queries like :
"Apartments Price in Boston" or
”Miami Apartments Price"

In right hands it can be developed as as a website/portal to check or compare apartment price in a specific location. IMO

(1) Say the domain out loud, maybe get a friend to say it. (Radio test)
(2) Does it make sense when you say it out loud?
(3) Personally, your domain failed this basic test.

Not saying it is not worth developing nor that someone will buy it, (it always the end users decision to buy or not to but)
If the name does pass that test, then, I check search volume (@biggie suggestion), previous history etc
