domain .apartments gTLDs

Hi,

I just came across .apartments gTLDs and was wondering how much those are worth.

Some represent cities with millions of inhabitants (e.g. bogota with 8 mio. inhabitants or hanoi with 6,5 mio.).

Aren't such domains then worth a quite significant amount or do I get something wrong?

Well if the renewal price of your domain is $1000 per year, what is the real value of the domain then?

Unless you have an immediate use for the domain as an end user, they are not investment grade.
