Do know someone at SnapNames.com to assist me resolve my escrow transaction?
I have an escrow transaction they already received the payment and withdrawn, but they haven't updated my escrow transaction. The customer service is sucks at this time, I am in the loop asking and answering the same questions over and over. Still no resolution.
The escrow transaction (#9068) is already paid since Nov. 20.

I need someone at Manager level (or high up) that can talk to their Finance/Accounting department to kick their butts and update my escrow transaction so I can receive my domain name.
