Anyone work at Menards?

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone here works at Menards or has worked there in the past and what kind of questions they ask at their interviews. I've applied there for a job as I'm currently unemployed and they want an interview with me on Thursday.

Anyone know what kind of questions Menards ask on job interviews?

Sorry for the 2-day bump here, but seeing how I haven't got any replies (maybe because the topic slipped to the bottom of the forum topics display) can anyone provide me with what types of questions I can expect from a Menard's interview?

Maybe noone here at NP has ever worked there or knows, but I just thought I'd double check, because now would be the time to know - my interview is in 24 hours.

I would just brush up on topic debates they might ask you about, such as any current political issues, enviromental issues etc. (regarding communication)

They often crop up in interviews.

The rest will probably be about the actual job itself, so do your research wisely.

Basically, just keep your composure. Go in there oozing confidence, but dont be over excertive.
