domain Anyone willing to appraise .ca domains??

I have 2 for appraisal.> postcode.ca and isms.ca < but have no idea of their value (if any).

Can someone give me an honest opinion please.

postcode.ca is very developable (post code lookup site) but you will have competition from Canada Post:

However I think it is OK to get a postcode DB and do your own thing.
I would take it further and set up a business directory with business listings by post code. IMO this one can be worth a lot with development
Undeveloped low $$$$ I think. This one is worth developing.
