Nevermind, have resolved the issue. Was something my side not Namebio's!
If you are using Linux and Iceweasel, ideally Debian 8 and Iceweasel 38.4.0, can you go to http://Namebio.com and confirm if it displays correctly or not please?
It's not showing any CSS for me, and while I can use the form and submit (albeit without style) I get no results.
Michael says he sees no issues on the Namebio end and has had no reports, so perhaps it's me.
I've cleared cache etc and not updated since it stopped working, or anything I can think of my end to cause this.
