Anyone used Networksolutions.com?

Has anyone tried out networksolutions? I see they're having a $1.25 domain sale so I was wondering if they're hard to transfer out once the year is almost expiring?

Wow. When I see a question like this it reminds me how fast things change with this stuff.

In a nutshell, they once were pretty much the only game in town. Then competition brought them to their knees with their ridiculous prices when godaddy & the like came along.
