Anyone know whats going on at Pheenix??

In the past month:

• I've had 10 domains get moved to Encirca (I understand something having to do with terminating registrar partnerships, but wtf)
• I had a domain @ their auction (miraculously) sell, get pushed from my account, but is still unpaid, with zero responses from Pheenix
• Now I have about 5-10 missing domains from my seller/escrow account (were at auction, now missing)
  
• [email protected] just bounced

A few of us encountered this issue previously as well. This worked for me:

How are you supposed to know? I know, but that's the only way I found I have a chance of receiving a response as I often get the error you described as well when trying to email them directly.

Fearing something like this, a few weeks ago, I transfer out all my domains still at Pheenix. I think I got lucky and got out by the skin of my teeth :D
