Anyone from the UK? I'm going on T.V!

Anyone from the UK may have heard of a T.V series on ITV called "Lads Army". The show where they train you up to be in the army, 1950's style..

I'm going on it!

30 Lads will be divided into two sections of 5, and undergo an authentic portrayal of 1950's national service.

Filming starts on monday, as does the training and will last for four weeks, so I'm not going to be around for a while. The show will be airred in the beginning of july, with 8 one hour episodes on ITV, plus some extras on ITV2.

So see ya guys, I'm going to be here for a few days, and then im off for a month, wish me luck...

Congratulations and good luck Tjobbe - I watched a few episodes of it last time round - the one where the guy 'went over the wall' and did a runner and all he had to was walk out the front gate was the funniest.

Anyway - good luck - we will keep everybody updated on your progress from here cos after al, you won't be able to access Namepros in your 50's style camp.

The finger nails and knuckles would go for a high price if tjobbe ends up peeling potatoes :lol:

If they do a lot on the assault courses, then the seat of your pants will command the highest price! :p

thats the show im going on, well spotted matey..

I have to say though, I am *NOT* going to be accepting sponsorship from anyone, for any money.

What I'm going on is a once in a lifetime oppurtunity and it specifically says that this kind of activity is strictly against the rules, I could get thrown out before I go on if word gets out.

I trust all of you never to say a thing but I cant risk it im afraid. It only takes one person I gave a bad review to to fu*k things up for me.
