Anyone from resellers.co.in?

i tried to change nameserver details at resellers.co.in for my recently puchased domain www.ipod.co.in.

Their controlpanel is very weird.

any help to change nameserver?

Can you describe what exactly is happening? I have a lot of names there myself, and I might be able to help in the meantime.

Just take some time to find your way around the control panel, it was a bit ???!!! at the start for me, but have managed to do it now.

My problem isn't with finding my way around the control panel. I'm trying to change the name-servers of two of my domains, but they're both stuck in the lock status. If I try to unlock them, nothing happens.

Pratik tried to unlock them, but it seems the same thing happend. He emailed me on the 28th of April asking which name-servers I want to use; I replied, but he has yet to respond.

No Ben. I am also waiting for response. I have't even got any confirmation email from their support system for my support issue. Poor service. I don't recommend them.

Wait for another 2 days. otherwise report to NP admin team to ban him.

Pratiknaik daily logs in NP. I watch his logging in activity for a week. I just wonder how he is missing out this thread to read. very poor.

I'm sorry to have missed this one. I do check NP daily, but 1-2 specific forums.

Anyways, changing nameservers is very easy.

1. Login to your control panel at resellers.co.in
2. Click "My Account"
3. Locate your domain using Domains->Search->Domain registration search
4. Click on "Domain Name - Click To Manage >> "
5. Click "Modify Name Server"
6. Change and Submit !

For locking/unlocking, there is a button on the domain management page.
