I registered the domain name "HOWARDFORUM. NET" (without space) and am considering selling it to the owner of HOWARDFORUMS.COM and HOWARDCHUI.COM, Howard Chui. Howard Forums, one of the Internet's most active message boards, boasts nearly half a million members and contains thousands upon thousands of posts from its members. It's not a rarity to see over two thousand users online on the message board at any given time. For example, there were 7,414 users on the forums this last June the 19th. Almost everybody who has a cell phone has heard of Howard Forums, and the popularity of the site is only going to rise with the recent cell phone boom over the last couple of years.

I sent Howard Chui a message regarding my ownership of the domain name and wanting to sell it. I am currently awaiting a response, however would like some input as to what I should ask for the domain if indeed I am asked to make the first move. I have a number in my head, which I won't post just yet, but am looking for your opinions.

If you've never been to HowardChui.com or HowardForums.com then you may have a difficult time appraising.

Thank you very much :). I will leave positive rep for each comment, as my application to be placed on NP$ welfare was declined.

1-you probably won't get a reply
2-if they do, they'd probably laugh at you

If the domain was of any value to them, they would have already bought it when they bought howardforums.com. It's hard to make a sell to someone when they really dont have the need or want what you're selling. Just my two cents.

Price: cost of registration
