Anyone else have a hard time getting replies from trafficz?

I've read the pros and cons and decided to try them out and am pleased with the earnings so far (even though the 50% cut sucks). Anyway, I'm eager to ramp up my volume to where I'm at with other domain services and bring in a few thousand per month, but I have some questions for them before taking that investment leap with a new service. I've submitted 4 questions through their "contact us" form over the last week and a half and have yet to see a reply from any of them. Does anyone know of a phone number or other way to contact them?

I have hundreds of names with them. Every single time I have contacted them thru their site I have received very quick contact and good customer service answering my questions. If you ask on Friday you may not hear from them until the first of the following week. Very nice customer reps if you ask me.
