Trafficz problem, anyone else experienced this?

I joined Trafficz several years ago, and have had no problems until recently. At first, any sales enquiry about my domains came into my TZ account Message centre, and was automatically forwarded to my email address.Since I didn't check the TZ account every day, it was good to get the email forwards of these enquiries.

However, for the past months the enquiries are not being forwarded to my email address. I first found out when I logged into my TZ account, to find some enquiries (weeks old) in the Message centre.

My TZ rep has responded quickly to my several emails on this issue, but basically has no answer for me. This continues to happen, so has anyone else on NP experienced this issue with their TZ account?

My domain inquiries are going to both my email address and the TZ account message center. Are you sure you have the correct email entered in your account contact information?

Thanks for the thought! Yes, I do have the correct email address set, and the enquiries used to come through OK before. They're not going into junk either. TZ says for some reason they're not being forwarded and have no explanation. Just wanted to know if others had experienced the same.

Nope, my TZ account's email forwarding works just fine. perhaps you missed something on the setting tab.
