I am in no rush to sell this site. I have seven others in process as well. I have started a business where I build affiliate sites, rank them, sell some at this stage and hold others until they are earning and selling them for larger amounts. I am sure you can see the value of this site as it is only 90 days old and already ranking for the amount of key words that it is and on it's way to ranking for the authority key words. I predict this site averaging $400-$500/mo by next year if dependant solely on Amazon. If converted to drop ship, it could easily make $2500-$4500. I'm beginning to reach out to the manufacturers directly of the products it is ranking for to drop ship directly from them. It will not be long and they will be contacting to advertise on the site. Listings could be sold for $500-$1500/mo for top spots once it achieves the ranks it's on it's way to achieving.
