Estibot values it at $1,600 and says it receives over 1,250 searches a month (broad monthly searches are 27,100) with a CPC of $3.04. What do you guys think? Is this a keeper? As always, thanks in advance for any input. I very much appreciate your help.

Decent exact search which is definitely a positive. While formally hand reg I see that it has been registered multiple times in last 14 years. I see that someone has the plural for sale. The .info and .org of the singular are available to hand register. It's a useful name but probably not one a buyer would be motivated to pay a high price for. I would price it high $$$, and stress decent search traffic in description. If I got an offer I would be flexible to seal it because competition from similar available names. Best of luck with it.
