Hi,
I own a bunch of .bio domains, like 'business', 'bios', 'data', 'dating', 'fly', 'radio', etc...
Some of them are listed in the "Blocked names" list of the .bio registry, for example, business, bios, jobs (which I've just sold), and were on hold by ICANN till they let me gain control, which for my opinion, they worth more.
"bio" can be used for various words:
Biotech / Biotechnology
Biography
Biometric (s)
Biochemical
Bionic
... and more...
Don't you think it might be a good one?
