Any search engine bias against .biz?

Up until recently I only had .coms, but I have just acquired a couple of .biz domains.
If I develop sites on these domains, is there any bias by search engines against a site purely because it is a .biz?
Meaning - all things being equal other than the extension, would the .biz automatically be ranked lower than a .com/net or even a .info?

I don't see why. Good, updated content with incoming links will serve you well.
