Hello folks,

I'm looking for a registrar that will cost $8.49 for .com reg/renewal, no codes required.

I know only of Internet-bs, but they don't have paypal.

Do you know any other alternative?

Whois Privacy is not required.

I have like 2,000 .com domains.

Thanks

Try NameBright - it's not $8,49 but comes close at $8,53. :tu:

GoDaddy is $8.29 for bulk renewals, plus $0.18 ICAAN fee. They take PayPal.

Internet.bs's $8.49 pricing is only for 2k+ domains and a wire transfer, otherwise the normal price is $8.99. I'm also currently showing a PayPal payment option again for invoices. It's not listed on the front page, but it's an option for me when I login and try to pay an invoice. They've had a few issues with paypal in the past, so I personally wouldn't be surprised if the paypal option went away again.

NameSilo has basically the same pricing structure, except it's 10 cents cheaper to transfer in a domain. They also take paypal, have free whois privacy, and some nice security options.

The last time I transferred into Namesilo, BULKTRANSFER worked for 15% off a 50$ or more transfer, and BUCKOFF will take a buck off another order making for one $7.39 transfer.

NameSilo do $8.39 transfer in's, but renewals will depend on how many domains you have in your account and if you're signed up to their "discount program".

The have very "expensive" renewal fees for me.

NameBright is on my shortlist, even if they apply a 3% fee on paypal funds. That means a renewal is $8.79

GoDaddy is $8.29 for bulk renewals, plus $0.18 ICAAN fee. They take PayPal.

Didn't know about this. Do they need a code for the bulk renewal?

On a side note. Does anybody have experience with DirectNic $3.99 transfer in?
Do they let transfer out after 1 year?

Thanks to everybody participating in this thread

hemirate... If you pre-fund NameBright using a check you will get $8.03 registrations and renewals. This is "at cost registration" meaning you are paying what we are paying. For the remaining days in December you can get $4.58 registration pricing too. (again, with a pre-funded account)

Yes, if you pre-fund NameBright using Paypal or a credit card there is a charge. But we want to give deep discounts to large customers who fund with a check. (and soon wire transfer)

If you have a GoDaddy account rep they will usually hit ya up at the end of the year and offer $8.25 etc... renewals if you do 50+ of them, got an email last week regarding this years renewals.

look at joining godaddy's domain club http://www.godaddy.com/domains/discount-domains.aspx

also, ask godaddy what the domain pricing is on their reseller accounts, and compare it to the domain club pricing.

neither option is free, but with 2000 domains, it might be worth it.
