Any Rating script?

I need a simple so simple rating script just something you rate 1-5 or 1-10 and shows the stats but i need something that i can put in wordpress page i dont need a blog plugin i just need regular html or any other coding language that can be placed in a wordpress please any one help i can also pay for this but free would be good
