I would try inserting some Japanese character words as keywords. I have a site that attracts primarily Chinese traffic parked at Sedo and I'm using the Chinese translation of "Sports Equipment" with mild success (more than with an English keyword).

There are a variety of translating tools online. Google has one (Google Translation) but it might be wise to have someone verify the accuracy of the translation results yielded.

And yes, you can simply copy the translation and paste it into the keyword area in the Sedo optimization panel.

It looks like Japanese. Tokyo Iron and Steel Industry Cperative Union. I think you could try optimizing it with "Iron and Steel Industry" keywords. The Japanese visitors may be looking for iron and steel related info. It would be optimal to target them.

Btw, I was wondering if users in other countries view the sedo parked pages in their own local language? I mean does a person in Japan view the same parked page in the Japanese language with ads appearing in Japanese?

Sedo page itself is in local language (not sure they get this by looking GeoIP or browser config) but not sure how this work for ads. Looks to me they have a rather sophisticaded algorithm for this.
