I dont know why but every website i am visiting is coming up with security certificate problems , even my hotmail ??? i cant even logon onto my sedo account , or sign out of hotmail like i normally do

So i guess i am asking , how do i do the settings to allow me to view these trusted sites like i normally do ........it's driving me crazy
Dont know why it has changed but i really want to get back my ususal sites
