Can people list some of the auction sites that they use to sell their domains? I am quite new to domaining so I'm hoping by making this thread, I will be enlightened.

Thank you for your time in you post something.
Peace be

Ebay is always an option, but it's usually littered with junk. Plus I don't like to pay for an auction if the item doesn't actually sell.

I just got a notice from moniker/traffic club that they are having both a live and silent auction at TRAFFIC East in October (www.targetedtraffic.com). They have a $5 mil sales target. Some rules and such to follow, though.

Unfortunately, at the end of the letter, this tacked-on sentence cheapened things:

" Also, names should be at Moniker.com as the registrar so that change of ownership happens immediately rather than waiting for names to transfer to escrow."

Kind of a silly attempt at getting transfers since the 60-day rule would be in effect for two-plus weeks (Oct 24-)

I've only used Sedo and tdnam so far but I've not had a single offer!! (no my domains are not crap, before you ask)

Might try plesmo soon, heard good things about it

Yeah Im not getting any offers from anyone either. I added Banish.net, which is getting a lot of listing views, but no offers yet... I just don't seem to have any luck when I list stuff.

Maybe I should try Plesmo as well.

Gopher it, if enough people switch their domain selling to Plesmo we can make it one of the big fish - then we won't have to pay big sale fees to Sedo or tdnam any more!
