Any Exody.com help anywhere?

I just subscribed to Exody.com and, although I suspected this going in, there is absolutely no help or FAQs on the site.. I know that Exody users don't want to give away their secrets, but I'm not asking for that. I'd simply like to get something that tells me what each file is for, for starters.

Is there anything like this anywhere I can get my hands on.
