domain Another domain I want to sell. how much is this worth?

hi again guys. heres another domain i need valueing please.. it has a website and also has traffic which is rising, currently averaging about 500 uniques a day and for the passed 2-3 days has gone over 700. the traffic is on the up and i can show stats if needed. but id like to know how much its worth so ican put a price on the site wth odmain etc.

the name in question is layoutmyspace.net. please do let me know guys. your help is much appreciated
