Myrtle-Beach.com just sold for $25k undeveloped.

I think it's a matter of marketing. The dot md extension ADDS value to this domain... think of how easy someone doing business in Annapolis could get this engrained into the mind of their consumers... Annapolis Maryland... Annapolis.MD

Annapolis is an incredibly wealthy area and a realtor or property developer would work wonders with this domain. In addition, someone looking to do a city guide could rake in tons of money with adsense & affiliate links.

If you don't agree, that's fine... I think with the right end user this is a ridiculously valuable domain name. But, I suppose I have my challengers... I'd be eager to hear your honest appraisal.

2) .com is a gTLD and .md is a ccTLD

Crying? He asked where I was coming from in my valuation. I simply explained my POV. Haha, seems you have a bit of an attitude. It's called having a discussion, sir. I'll let it slide... thanks for your opinion.

In other news... all though it stands for Moldova.. TV does not stand for Television... it's all about building an idea in the mind of consumers. I'm an Advertising Exec... I know about these things.

Maybe I'll develop it myself

mid-high $xxx for sure, but if you develop it thoroughly, show the potential that you believe it has, than you can easily get the price you have in mind.
