$275 - $425+, IMHO ... in this specific, targeted End user "lead" capacity. Personally, I would start higher and negotiate to this general range. Good potential, as I see it.

I live in the Andes, lol.
I don´t know about the price but it is very nice name and it have potential because "Andes"in South America is very used for Trademarks, Here in Argentina there are a beer (Andes), a newspaper ( www.losandes.com.ar ) and a lot of enterprises with this name or combinations with it , I think it is very used in all South America. Good luck.

. of course, I live in Ushuaia (pop. 50,000) , it is a city near Antarctica (1000 km); The southermost city in world.
There are a lot of important cities in the Andes Mountains (Santiago de Chile, Mendoza, La Paz).
In this city I have all the services except Paypal, (No paypal for Argentina) .
Here is The southern Andes, There are beautiful lanscapes and lakes like Alaska (I think).
Also Los Andes is the name of a Football Team in Buenos Aires.

If anybody want more information let me know.
