After a final round of renewals this morning (ahead of the abusive monopolist Verisign's fee increases on Friday), here's what my company's domain name portfolio looks like. (a "typical" registrant is likely to be very different, probably mostly in 2023-2025).

Nice breakdown @GeorgeK
Here's mine (not only .com, but for all TLDs in portfolio)

0-90 days: 11%
91-365 days: 58%
366-730 days: 25%
731-1,095 days: 4%
1,096-1,460 days: 1%
1,461 and more days: only 17 domains

The domain with the longest renewal period will expire in December 2028.

366-730 days: 29%
731-1,095 days: 5%
1,096-1,460 days: 2%
1,461 and more days: only 13 domains

My charts included other TLDs besides .com, but .com constitutes 89.7% of the entire portfolio.
