ALWAYS ask before even placing it for sell. Although it is something I dont go by (not giving reselling rights) it is something brought by the original seller and thus you must abid to if you agreed to it (by purchase).

Actually, by checking the bidding thread, I didnt see anything about "No Reselling Rights". So, technically, unless he said there is no reselling rights sometime before transaction was completed, you do have the right to resell. Why? Simple, if the seller doesnt exclaim the rule he is trying to show here before or at transaction, the design is yours and thus only the rules/conditions before or at the transaction should be enforced.

In general, you should be able to resell unless he said "no" before or at the transaction of the design.

thats what I thought, no hard feelings B E A S T N, thi is not thing to get legal action on anyway. So what if there is no resale rights, you don't loose any money, its just a really easy way to get more money

@ B E A S T N - Sorry, but this is your own fault. You can still sell it, as you never said it was "unique", so there can be copies. However, dcgamers does NOT have to give you money or anything else that has connections to this design, except keeping the credit for who created it (upon future buyer's request). It is your responsibility as the seller to ensure that (amoung other things) place your terms and conditions of the product before or at transaction.

@dcgamers - You have done nothing wrong. You may resell the design and keep all profits.

For future reference for all, dont just say your selling something if you want "certain" restrictions apon purchase, or else those "restrictions" will not be valid unless displayed beforehand.
