Am I a scammer

First Off I am being accused of scamming. I posted a thread to click my domain in the beginning of april. In a couple of hours I recieve a PM saying its wrong from the Sedo Rep here. So I take it down. A month later (with new stats real also from actuall typeins) I sell the domain. I was trying to sell just the name itself but the buyer asked for my stats so I gave him the stats. Not from april but from may. He says sure. Then a couple weeks later. He sells the domain for 90 bucks using my stats I showed him. Now Im marked as a scammer? To a couple of people I am a scambag. And Im banned on their list. I did nothing. Also Im accused of scamming with the person i sold it to. What do you think?

I do not want this new rep as a scammer given to me when I did nothing. Plus I only sold the name for 20 bucks. I dont think its right.

No. The buyer is accusing the seller of scamming. But since I sold it to the buyer I am the scammer now because of a post I made back in the beginning of april. I am accused of faking traffic then selling it to the buyer. But I didnt fake the traffic that I used to sell the domain with. As you know sedo resets its traffic every month. Plus in april the thread was only up for a day befor I got the email from sedo. Plus people are also accusing me and the buyer being buddies and running the scam together when I dont even know the buyer as he is just another customer.

seems like a case of buyers remorse (which is why I always offer a 72hour no questions asked return policy).

you had nothing to do with the second sale. the person who bought it from you didnt bring an issue against you when you sold it to him.. so this is entirely out of your hands.

You can't be responsible to secondary sales of old property.

If you bought a domain which showed it gettin $24 of revenue a month, then when you bought it u made less then 91 cents of it in a month , wouldnt you question it??? I would think so

Yea but thanks to three people I am now a scammer and the rest of the chat also has blocked me and marked me as a scammer. I can almost never go in live chat again.

Plus thats where they also accuse me for being buddys with my buyer.

You sold a domain to someone based on a screenshot of the Sedo stats from May?
What date did you sell it on? Can you post the screenshot here?

When was the new transaction, and how is it that the new owner is already claiming it does not get traffic? Here we are only two days into June.

brave person to accuse someone of a scam when you have an affiliate link in your sig for a google scam.

I made the sale on May 13, 2005.

I do not know anything about the new transaction. I do know that it sold for $90 because of my "interegation" in the live chat. The post that I made in the beginning of april-ending of march is what makes me a scammer as those three people kept saying.

The screenshot I gave the buyer only showed the domain making 12 bucks.

That is correct. At that time that was what I was getting. Also When I sold it the buyer had no complaints. Now weeks later my buyer has sold the name and his buyer is mad.

Edit: In fact I just checked out the traffic on the name by going to the name and it says Unique Visitors per month: 30. If sedo reset two days ago then the second buyer is getting traffic. Just not the clicks he wants.. or expected. He posted the buyer showed him the domain was making 24 bucks a month. When I had it it had $12. Either the traffic went up on it or he is the one faking things.

If you posted a thread to pay $NP for people to click your link to boost traffic and maybe profit...then you turned around and sold it based on traffic that is scamming man...and if you didn't do this and you sold the name legit then just wash your hands and move on...it's best just to chalk it up to experience... :yell:

Tell everyone to refund their money. Let the original buyer give the $90 back to 2nd buyer then you give the $20 back the your buyer and ask for the domain back. You only made $20. I bet the 2nd buyer will be like..umm...no I can't do that (he did make $70). So you would be in the clear.

Try it...offering a refund is the best anyone can do.

The thing is I posted the thread nearly a month and a half ago. I was a noob to sedo in march. So in may I posted again with real stats. You dont understand that the thread was only up for 1 day. When I sold the domain Or any days before selling the domain I never boosted sales. My domain did make 12 dollars with for half the month yes. But if he bought it on the 13th how could he make 24 for the other half. All the traffic is legit. I never sold the domain based on traffic and if I were selling it on traffic the stats I show werent comming from a post i made a month and a couple of days ago and closed down in one day. So yea some people are making it sound as if I posted the thread 5 years ago and sold it today. I would still be a scammer because I posted the link for a day 5 years ago. I would love to actually buy back my domain to clear all this up. I do not think my buyer will pay back 90 dollars to take my 20 I sold it for. If he does it would be great.

Also look if he made 24 bucks from the domain. That is still traffic and If he sold you that based on those stats then I am out of this. I was out of this in the first place but some people still say I'm a scammer. If the domain made 24 bucks in a half of month after I sold it then you should ghave traffic. And I seen the name does have some traffic by going to the domain.
