There are a couple of non foreign exchange companies that have tm on just Forex. But I wouldn't fret over tms on this.

The problem here is 'always'. It has zero relations with forex. There no assurance a person would ever want this domain. Feels regfee Good Luck

But, I'm happy!!!, becuase I've registerd forextomorrow.com and I was told that it was/is a trademark. In my inexpierence I was a bit worried about this subjet.
I'm Italian and don't have knowledege in USA's law, now I have clearefied my mind!

I don't think there is a trademark issue here. I agree with @johname "always" doesn't seem to match very well with Forex. I would say mid to high $xx.
