.mobi Alternatives to AdMob?

I'm looking for other companies that offer services similar to that of admob.com. Has anyone found any other similar services? Admob is free to join, so I'm looking for something that would be free to join as well.

Here is something that may (or may not...that is the downside to when someone mentions "may") be of help.

Jon, MobileDesigner on DNF uses these as affiliate ad programs.

Most, if not all, are Japanese, but it may be worth a shot. He claims very good revenue streams and I have no reason to doubt him. All but one are .jp.
