I have experienced extremely unprofessional and arrogant behavior from the Gibraltar company AlpNames.
I don't believe that they are capable of selling domains and run their business, so, I am going to write an official complaint and send it to Gibraltar financial department and probably a Gibraltar police too.
Using a classical snail mail too!
There are other people on this forum who have experienced similar issues (I will link them to this thread) with AlpNames and i ask them to come up and tell their story if they haven't done that already.
It's not possible that such company can have a license and sell domains.
I will update this post later today or tomorrow.
For the time being, feel free to post or link your experience with them in this thread.
